Global Business Operations

The Global Business Operations team serves as the point of contact to Xellia's customers regarding all technical matters and is the interface between Xellia's customers and the internal organization.

With the team's technical capabilities, Business Operations provides reliable and specialized support to our customers, with the main purpose to support market entry and launches, resolve technical challenges and support business continuity and growth.

Regulatory Support

At Xellia we have a very skilled Regulatory team who has experience in getting regulatory approvals for both Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs) and Finished Dosage Forms (FDFs) through various health authorities, including US FDA , EDQM, China, India and Japan health authorities.

The team has handled global submissions in all regions, including the US, European Union, Latin America, Asia-Pacific, as well as the Middle East and Africa.

Customer Service

The Customer Service team manages product orders – from order intake, tracking of production, to final product delivery adhering to GDP guidelines. The team maintains detailed information on order progress and provides continuous feedback to our customers.

Using an electronic batch-tracking system, we are able to offer fast product lead times with a tailor-made shipping solution.
