Florian Falch joined Xellia in September 2023 and serves as Chief People & Culture Officer. He brings extensive experience in strategy, transformation, and M&A from the global pharmaceutical industry, including more than eight years at Sandoz, where he worked across the Anti-Infectives portfolio and B2B business. He began his career as a management consultant at KPMG.

Florian combines a structured approach with a natural curiosity. Known for being consistently well-prepared, he seeks out diverse perspectives and involves others to ensure decisions are well-informed and built to last.

He is a highly collaborative and a trusted leader known to create an environment where people feel heard, valued, and motivated to contribute. Outside of work, Florian enjoys travelling and hiking.

Florian holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Lund University, Sweden, and a diploma in Management & Law from Management Center Innsbruck, Austria.
